Booking Terms

Simple, transparent terms

No surprises. Everything is stated clearly before your date is confirmed.

Deposit
50% deposit required to confirm and hold your date. No date is secured without a deposit.
Final Guest Count
Confirmed 72 hours before your event. Reductions above 15% do not reduce the package fee, as preparation is already underway.
Cancellation
Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit the deposit. Any perishable ingredient costs incurred are billed separately with receipts provided.
Pricing
All prices are flat-rate and fully inclusive of staff, glassware, setup, and teardown. What you see is what you pay.
Travel
Standard pricing covers all venues within Amman. Events outside Amman are available. Please enquire for details.
